Our medical staff is led by Dr. Raymond Topp, an army veteran of 24 years with a distinguished military career. He has been awarded a purple heart, legion of merit, and two bronze stars. Dr. Topp is an experienced orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the spine.
Assisting Dr. Topp is Jonathan Stephens. Jonathan grew up in Georgia and completed their PA training at South University in Savannah, Georgia. Jonathan graduated in 2020. He is committed to providing exceptional patient care and works closely with Dr. Topp to ensure each patient receives personalized attention.

Formerly based in Jacksonville, we are expanding our reach to better serve the southeast Georgia community. Our skilled medical staff is led by Dr. Raymond Topp, who has extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and specializes in spine surgery.
We offer a range of orthopedic surgeries, including arthroscopies, cervical and lumbar surgeries, and fracture care, to help our patients regain mobility and reduce pain. Our team also offers platelet-rich plasma injections, epidural steroid injections, and pain management procedures, to provide relief from chronic pain and discomfort.
At TSO, we understand that every patient has unique needs and requirements, which is why we offer surgical recommendations to help our patients make informed decisions about their treatment options.
We also offer compulsory medical exams to assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions for patients requiring an evaluation for employment or legal reasons. In addition to providing medical services, Dr. Topp has experience representing his patients in court trials.
